    We get to know you, talk about your current situation, resources, and your desired outcomes.

    We review the information and files you provide in more detail and perform a high-level data discovery. This is where the initial project plans and options are conceived.

  • Step 3: Proposal

    Based on the Discovery phase, we prepare a detailed proposal with pricing for you and your team to review and accept.

  • Step 4: Development

    The nitty gritty of work — developing and testing the solution.

  • Step 5: Training

    Once complete, we demonstrate and hand over the solution via screen-sharing sessions. We coach while you “test drive” to make sure you are comfortable with the solution.

  • Step 6: Support
